Indian Muslim Mosque

Indian Muslim Mosque, location: Jalan S.P Seenivasagam (formerly known as Clayton Road).

It was built in 1908 by Sheikh Adam. The construction and architectural concept of this mosque are more likely to Chitya Moghul India or style that is similar in form to the Diwan-i-Khas in Delhi.

At first, the purpose of this mosque was for the Indian Muslim community in Ipoh but after 100 years have passed, the function and role in developing the message of Islam in this country, particularly Ipoh is undeniable.

You could see the St. Michael Institution behind the mosque.

Here is the location of Mosque extracted from Google Maps.
